The total amount of the judgment, in favor of the Firm’s client, was more than $800,000. The judgment includes findings of fraud against the defendants, including the chief operating officer (CEO) of the company, and punitive damages against the company and the CEO in his individual capacity. The Firm’s client was also awarded attorney’s fees and costs.
