On May 13, 2020, Ari Law PC obtained a JUDGMENT against attorneys Wagner Jones Kopfman & Artenian and Mr. Nicholas “Butch” Wagner for $855,000 in California Superior Court. The defendant-attorneys were alleged to have intentionally breached their fiduciary duty to their client and after a unanimous verdict from the jury the defendants were ordered by the Judge to return and disgorge the wrongfully obtained attorney’s fees to the client. The defendants were represented by the law firm of Nemecek & Cole LLP and Frank Nemecek. Ali Aalaei led trial efforts.
